then R for 5mi, just past American Ranch turn L onto Sharps Rd (look for 'Mint Creek Ranch' Sign at corner), follow pavement to end and stay right on dirt road for approx 1/4 mile, look for newly cut road and my sign on the left. This is the most spectacular land in the area. Monstrous Boulders, breathtaking views out to the San Francsico Peaks, Near Granite Mountain, healthy trees and vegetation, with several areas suitable for building.
