Home has a lot of furniture, but you will see that it has been well taken care of by tenant that is sister of owner. Pool is in great shape and plenty big! Owner has recently done a lot of work on front H2O system and is in good working order w/ the back to come soon. Easy maintenance on both front and back. There is a hook-up for H2O softening sys, but currently not in use. Very nice!
