This a fixxer upper. It has roof leaks and was not taken care of by the tenants. Not cleaned up yet but will soon when we get some good weather and the dump is open. This is mostly land value very little for the structure and owner knows little about it now. He has never lived in it but did have work done apprx 4 years ago before the last tenants moved in. It is filthy at this point but we will have broom clean soon.
