Wood & tile floors, berber carpet in the bedrooms, fireplace in family room, real wood and faux wood blinds & a very open floor plan. I am the owner & agent & it will be difficult to part with my lovely home, but I'm a newlywed & me and my new husband bought our first home together which should be done in mid November, so we may need to rent this house back for a week or two.
