WOW! I have personally checked out the competion and they don't compare!!! In the year of 2000 this home was remodeled with a new kitchen featuring natural maple cabinets, ceramic tile countertops, and appliances. The entire first floor is layed out in 12 inch travertine stone tile. In addition a half(1/2) bath was added downstairs. Originally a three bedroom and in 2000 converted to a two bedroom with a large master instead of three tiny bedrooms. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! Also, a wonderful remodeled patio that is finished with planters and red brick pavers. All I can say is HURRY!
