Sellers are motivated to sell this incredible home. The largest of the John F. Long floor plan in the neighborhood. The front yard provides plenty of shade in the summertime and existing rose bush planters all around to create an award winning front landscaping with just a little bit of love involved. The backyard is accessed through a wonderfully built Arizona Room where you can enjoy the famous Monsoon season storms. The custom deck built around the hot tub would provide ample enjoyment of the privacy of the backyard while never having to leave your home. The side of the home can store your boat or trailer and if you remove the awning you can even fit an RV behind the gates until your next vacation is planned. Come by and see this incredible home. See documents for more info on this home My name is Cheery Lynn, and I hold the numbers 6167 W. in MaryVale, Phoenix, Arizona.
I have sheltered a family for the past 40+ years, and I am really excited about moving another loving family in under my protection.
I have been very well taken care of, and regularly updated and remodeled along the 40+ year journey, and I would like to share a few of my stories here with you.
I'm a solid block John F. Long home built in the 1960's. I began by being dressed with two mulberry trees in my front yard, and now am shaded by two fichus and another large tree, which I forgot its name I grow a beautiful display of vegetation on my 1/8th acre lot, front and back, and a Jacuzzi that sits in the back was positioned into a multi-level redwood deck . For a few years I held and nurtured 150 rose bushes whose lovely fragrance could be enjoyed by neighbors. They have since passed on, (the roses!) though I trail terra-cotta colored cement edgings around my yard that keep all my flowers and shrubs in check. I have a fence by my hot tub that honeysuckle and potato vines climb. My back fence gives me lots of privacy with a magnificent cat's claw vine. I've had a beautiful screened-in, saltillo tiled, and fluorescent ceiling lighted Arizona Room added to my rear. Both my sides hold storage, the west side with an aluminum awning long enough to cover a trailer or other vehicles. This awning side has a double gate at one end and a large shed at the other. The east side along the sidewalk holds three slim wooden storage bins - one for wood for my fireplace, and the others with key locks for..... anything you like.
My inside, my heart, swells with delight! I've certainly been redesigned and remodeled by my loving owners. I will miss them. I hold a cozy fireplace in my living area's center, whose view can be enjoyed from the kitchen, the family room, and even the great living room. I'd say I'm dressed in country style hinting on southwestern, with many mirrors in many rooms and several skylights for reflecting our brilliant Arizona light. I once had a fourth bedroom, which became the family room; though the long garage had been a consideration for replacement of the fourth bedroom at one point. Oh, I almost forgot, my owners also made my driveway wider a few years ago, so that I now can park 3 vehicles, instead of one.
I have two baths, one with a tub and shower, and the other in my master suite with a wall to wall shower, though smaller. I've been given a long vanity and a new tub and shower in my hall bath. All of my rooms have been re-tiled and re-carpeted often and my owners have kept me neat and very tidy always. I have new plumbing, and now my once-visible kitchen washing machine sits behind a cupboard out of sight, so dirty clothes are always unseen. My water-heater was moved to the garage, to make room for the washer. My clothes dryer is also in my garage. My stove was moved to the opposite side to give me an enormous butcher-block counter top for all kinds of family activities. My refrigerator has a filter for refreshing cool drinking water in the summer months, and a great ice maker too! I even have another drinking water filter system under my stainless steel sink with a cute spout next to my long-necked country faucet. My oven is built-in and my microwave rests above it, so I can say that all of my baking appliances are very easy to utilize.
I'm kept cozy cool or warm in two of my bedrooms with double insulated windows, and my roof sports a brand (well almost at 5 years old) new doo of architectural shingles. I gained a new hvac heating-cooling heat pump at the same time, so all in all, I live totally snug as a bug in a rug, so to say.
In closing of my Cheery Lynn resume, I would very much love for you to consider being the next family that I shelter and protect.
Best regards,
6167 W.
