Current Owners Comments:
An original vintage Cave Creek ranch home created back in 1973, a gift from Eugene Laibe to his Wife Mary Margaret. During these times Dick Van Dyke's residence, the Tree house, the Mine Shaft have all become historic locations of past. Eugene and Mary Margâret were main town players owning and operating The Totem Pole gift shop. The property was then purchased in 19â¬993 by the Chacon family and named GotRocks Ranch. Horses lived out their lives, began their lives, and passed towards more adventures. It has also been a home to the family as well as many people who have crossed their trail. We have been a commercial small scale boarding facility offering training, showing, and all-around horse exposure in any area offering a good foundation for an equine future for both horse and rider.
