THE PRICE IS RIGHT!!! Most likely Buyer will want to replace medium blue carpet(looks cleanable), paint walls(they need it), and the pool needs a very good cleaning (maybe drain/start over) but LOOK at the price. The loft is the 3rd bdrm and can be used either way (has its own closet). Other than the pool the yard is maintenance free, and though it's winter now... swimming time is comming and there's time to have the pool ready by the first heat wave.
