There is plenty of room for everyone. Heated pool with water fall from the hot tub, great backyard with sidewalk around the grass. Deep pit bbq under the trampoline, click more below for a description. No two story homes looking down behind you, it backs to the quiet softball practice fields at Highland High. Under the trampoline there is a deep pit bbq that was built a few years ago. It has been a lot of fun to cook for friends, family and the neighborhood, as well as fund raisers for young mens and young womens groups. The finished pit is 6'x3'x6' deep. It will handle about 90 turkeys, or about 2500lbs of pork. The pit is built with cinderblocks that are grouted full of concrete, the floor is about 18" of concrete and there is river rock about 18" all the way around the walls. The turkeys, or pork are first wrapped in a cooking bag, and foil, then put inside a burlap bag. We burn a fire in the pit for about 5 hours. Then we throw a grate down, and all the meet. The pit is quickly covered with a lid and then 18" of dirt, the meat cooks for 10=14 hours. When you open the lid the whole neighborhood can smell it, and they all come over. The meat that comes out is incredible! If you really don't want it there, don't let that stop you, with tear filled eyes the seller will fill it in.
