Oh what a community. Great pool/ tennis court and grassy areas. Wide streets and all the homes are detached.#53 has been recently painted inside and out, new carpet and nicely decorated. The kitchen is huge and the sellers are leaving the refrigerator, washer and dryer. The master bedroom's carpet will be replace before close of escrow.
