This condo is in great shape. The unit next door was involved in a small ceiling fire so this unit had some smoke damage. Because of this, the ceilings, roof, carpet and AC unit has been replaced. It now has extra thick ceiling insulation and a $8000 heating and AC unit that's extra quiet and efficient. I'm working on getting the warranty info from the insurance company. There is also new paint throughout, new light fixtures, ceiling fans and switches. The third floor is awesome because you have raised ceilings to have a more spacious feel. This is a interior unit overlooking the community heated pool and spa. No traffic noise to worry about either. If you haven't heard about Circle Tree, you have to come check out the complex. Four pools, tennis, b-ball, gated complex plus much more.
