Call 1-800-340-0570 for Assumption Application Forms. This is the Wells Fargo Assumption Department. We must have a prospective buyer before we call. They will not release the form without verification that they are talking to the owner of the property. When we call for an application, they will ask for loan number, names on the loan, and social security numbers. They will not send form without a buyers name. They can fax the form and then we call to see what portion needs to be filled out. (I have a nice fax: 480-634-6112) so I can get the form for any real estate agent with a prospective buyer. If they mail the form, they highlight those portions. 7 to 10 days to receive a mailed form.
