Anthem website also states the following about the hiking trail on the Daisy Mountain trail behind the home:
To hike Daisy Mountain, you must first apply for a permit from the State Land Department. This is because Daisy Mountain is State Trust Land. The only access point for all residents onto Daisy Mountain is in a Parkside neighborhood, at N. Livingstone and Navigation Way. However, there is no street parking. Arrange to be dropped off/picked up, or walk/bike to the start of the trail. No ATVs are allowed on Daisy Mountain; it is strictly for hiking, mountain biking and equestrian use.
