I’m a lonely home waiting for a family!! I love watching amazing Arizona sunsets on my back patio and listening to the children laugh while they cannon ball into the diving pool and watching the parents relax and lounge on the flagstone decking. Lately, I haven't had much attention. I'm neglected and lonely after months of being abandoned and deferred maintenance. At night I quietly listen for the children tiptoeing down the tile hallways. But all is silent. Morning comes and my hopes are that I’ll awake to the smell of bacon and eggs cooking in the spacious kitchen. But no one is here. Please be my family! Yes, we can improve me. I need minor repairs and updating, but, c’mon, you like a challenge, right? With my spacious floorplan and large lot, I have so much to offer! Come meet me!
