Truly one of a kind, at least in my experience. These are the original owners and so is the home, except that everything looks new! They have really taken good care of this place and it shows; clean as a whistle! Master and secondary bedroom with walkins, Tile and Carpet are in very good condition and so's the roof, no problems! Incredible view of Camelback mountain! Huge back patio all tiled. Greenery everywhere and just the most comfortable setting! Great area too as everyone knows sandwiched right between the Biltmore and the Arcadia district in a great cul-de-sac location. Again, truly one of a kind! Thanks for showing and good luck!
