When we built our dream home in Trovita Estates,my husband and I selected a beautiful open plan,with granite counter tops,huge island,a walk in pantry,and stainless steel appliances including gas stovetop to entertain friends. We upgraded the home w/ koa-wood ceiling fans,a large workbench/desk and built-in cabinets for the 4-car garage, an office/storage room with plank tile,and solar panels to ensure low energy costs. We created a travertine backyard oasis, complete with built-in BBQ and firepit, overlooking lush citrus trees and reveled in how the split plan provided privacy.The final home in this vibrant,gated community fulfilled our dreams. Then suddenly a chance arose to save my family farm,owned for 200+ years.And so,with a sigh, we offer our lovely home to the next family to enjoy.
