A Word From the Seller We bought this house in the summer of 2009 looking for a few specific things: a great kitchen, energy efficiency, convenient but quiet location, and low maintenance living. With a baby on the way, these were important to us, and our house on Sunland delivered them all. THE HOUSE The house was built by Blandford Homes, which is known for a higher level of quality and attention to detail than run-of-the-mill cookie cutter builders.
