BANK OWNED! ANSWERS! VALUE! FIX-UP. This one is nice but needs some help. I think that it might need some cleaning and some paint and some carpet and some appliances, but not a bad place. My goodness, just see the price as compared to what else is in this neat little community. It's sweet and there is some good value here. I like the maple cabinets and size of the place for the $$$.
