This house is the Sierra model with high vaulted ceilings, bay windows and lots of room. Upgrades include the yard work and garnite counter tops and more. Great neighborhood and only two blocks from shopping. The elevation is higher than Phoenix which reduces our heat and a little more breeze than in the valley.
