Amenities Project
San Tan Heights is currently in the process of building a gated Amenities Project including a Community Center with a large banquet/meeting room, 1500sf fitness center, prep kitchen, office space, and a large community pool. The Amenities Project will be located at 32805 N Occidental Ave and will back up to Roberts Road across from the Eduprize Charter School (at the corner of Thompson Road and Roberts Road). We have been issued both grading permits and building permits and the construction project is well underway. We are anticipating a construction timeframe of 8-10 months with a completion date in the Fall of 2018. Our community is proud to have saved the funds to pay for Phase I of this project and the quarterly assessments for 2018 will remain at $200 per quarter. There is no special assessment anticipated for this project.
Once Phase I is completed, the community will begin to save for Phase II which will include a dog park, tennis courts, and ramadas.
