THIS IS BY FAR MY FAVORITE FLIP YET!!!!The location by itself makes the best home in the neighborhood not to mention it has been completely remodeled from top to bottom. This home has had an indoor laundry room addition, no more 120 degree laundry days. Brand new kitchen with gorgeous Carrera White Marble countertops running through the entire home. Two brand new bathrooms that give you a waterfall effect from the stunning tile showers. It has new water proof wood flooring throughout all the living areas and new carpet in the bedrooms. I almost forgot to mention the re-plastered pool and re-surfaced pool deck that is surrounded by maintenance free landscaping in front and back. It just gets better from there that pool and entire home are powered by solar. Never have a power bill over $250
