Thank you for your interest in 2533 E. Nance.
The home is a beautiful property and there is a significant amount of interest. I have received a number of calls from agents asking what might be of benefit to the seller. Here are a few thoughts.
The seller cannot move out prior to April 11th as that is when they can have temporary housing.
Although not "required", the sellers would love to be able to stay in the home till the middle of June, which would eliminate the need for their temporary housing.
I anticipate we may have a few offers on this one. Please feel free to send in your offers at any time. I have been authorized by the seller to disclose offers so if you have submitted an offer and would like to know where the offers currently stand, please feel free to text me and I will share the info with you. We are hoping to review the offers on Monday. However, due to the husband's work situation we will probably have to discuss offers by phone and getting everyone together might be a little tricky, but we will get them considered as quickly as possible on Monday or slightly after if necessary.
Some are asking what kind of offer would it take to have the seller accept an offer before Monday, it would probably have to be an offer so good that it would literally shock the foundations of the real estate world. They really want to have exposure to the market
If you are providing a financed offer, I would probably recommend that if you are offering above list rice that you have the ability to cover any appraisal shortage.
Thank you for your interest. If you need to speak with me you can give me a call, although texting is preferred unless a discussion is needed.
