In 2006 Frank and Sandy fell in love with this clean, modern rural home. Sandy loved the privacy of country living while having 10 minute access to city dining and shopping. Frank loved the affordable home price and low taxes associated with the rural lifestyle as compared to the nearby city. Frank's favorite area is the outdoor fire pit where he enjoyed hosting friends and family events & taking in mountain views. They regret selling but want to spend more time with their daughter in California.
