Sweet retreat from the heat! Don't let the age fool you on this older mobile home as it has a nice living room and bedroom addition and has been very well cared for. Roomy 2br, 1ba has central propane heat and woodstove in living room too. Great shape with dual pane windows in the addition and lots of tall pines for shady respite in the summer. There's a shower stall in the bedroom addition but has never been connected/hooked up.
