We really love our Ashbury home because of its location and the Cimarron clubhouse is just a short distance away. We love the layout of the house and its openness. We especially enjoy the large master bedroom with the screen door opening out to the back patio. We love the extra-large kitchen with its beautiful granite counter-tops including the island with extra storage space and electrical outlets on both sides, which makes it a perfect meeting place for house parties. We also love the large 2-door pantry. The appliances are in excellent condition. The kitchen has a pass-through service opening to the dining room. The sliding glass door leads out to the large extended covered patio which is great for entertaining. We also enjoy the two picture windows in the living room where we can look out to the backyard. Another great feature of our house is the front patio which is a wonderful place to watch the beautiful sunsets, and just relax. Our garage has two parking spots for our cars plus a golf cart bay with its own garage door. We had this house built by Del Webb to our specifications which included the two expanded bay windows--one in the kitchen dining area and one in the master suite. We are sure you will enjoy this house as much as we have.
