Great light, easy to keep clean starter house. Wonderful new berber carpeting in all three bedrooms. All the other flooring is ceramic tile or travertine. Both baths have been beautifully remodeled. The floor plan is very modern with high ceilings in the living areas and a large great room (family room) which opens to the kitchen area and is on the back of the home for privacy. The house sits well back on the lot making what was already a quiet street seem to disappear. New 4 ton Goettl A/C in April of 2003. This home was a rental but the owners always took exceptionally good care of it.
