Living here in Sun City Grand has been a wonderful experience and leaving will be difficult. While the neighborhood is lovely and the neighbors are great, it has been our home that has given us so much pleasure. The open floor plan just begs for entertaining both small and large groups of friends or family. No matter where people cluster, conversations flow easily and the person on kitchen duty can participate as well. The extended patio is even more welcoming with its built-in gas grill and the view of our large backyard. Sitting on the patio in Spring is almost intoxicating with the gorgeous scents of the numerous citrus trees surrounding it. Since most of the plantings are hummingbird friendly, we have installed a pvc irrigation system two years ago. We also installed a new hot water tank, solar panels and new low-e windows to become more energy-efficient. As a result, we have earned a sizable kWh credit with APS. What we have also loved about our house is that the guest suite is on the opposite side of the master suite ensuring privacy for everyone. We hope that you will enjoy our home as much as we have.
