When we came to look at homes in Arizona Traditions, we were taken on a tour of the community by our agent to look at all of the amenities. As we were walking around most people that saw us said “hello”, asked us questions, and were very welcoming. They were all truly happy about us being there and we were invited to join them in activities while we were there. When we toured the homes, the Tapatio model made us feel comfortable and feel like we were at home. We realized this home and community would be a perfect fit. We designed the front courtyard and our beautiful private back yard with the help of a landscaping company that completed the job to make it look just right. There is a very inviting entry with a retractable screen right at the door when you walk into our home. It opens up to a large great room that is nice a bright and overlooks most of the back yard. Our kitchen is large enough for lots of upgraded cabinets and appliances, a kitchen island, and our dining space that holds our huge dining table. We also have a full breakfast bar on the great room side of the kitchen.The Tapatio model is unique in design and provides a lot of windows to provide natural light for our kitchen as well. We have a nice sized garage with extra storage, an inside laundry room with lots of built in cabinets, and two pantry closets. Our master suite is large enough for a king sized bed and extra furniture. The master bath is also quite nice with a soaking tub and a separate shower. The master closet joins the bath and has lots of space. The other bedroom, den, and full guest bath are on the opposite side of our home. The den is very large with room for two desks and shelving. The guest bedroom is large enough for a queen bed and it has a built in entertainment wall for a large TV and extra storage cabinets. Since we have a great room entertainment wall as well, it makes it very private and comfortable for two people to watch different shows or movies without interrupting the other person. We have loved our home and think you will love it too.
