We chose to buy our vacation home in Sun City Grand 12 years ago because of what the community had to offer, with its great amenities and activities but primarily to enjoy the four community owned golf courses. All the flooring has been updated and the kitchen counter tops replaced with granite; this gives the house a clean open feeling it is easy to take care of. The very private patios on the east and west sides of the house gives you plenty of options to enjoy the warm winter days or summer nights, with views of the beautiful cactus gardens and the mature trees. Watching the sunsets with the mountain vista from the walled back patio makes everyday very special. During our ownership, we have done many upgrades to this home including a new 16 seer HVAC system.
