Versatile is the best way to describe the space in our expanded Sierra Model home. We have made our great room more open and useful because we no longer need a large formal dining area in the great room due to the large expanded space in the oversized breakfast nook where we now have our large dining table. Our master suite is quite large which has allowed Mary to set up her quilting operation and still have plenty of space to spare. The den is expanded and quiet. It is so nice to have this private space. We love to relax in our large great room, reading, watching TV, and eating or entertaining at our breakfast bar. Our expanded covered north facing patio is like having an outdoor room for our home where we can entertain large or small groups or just enjoy a relaxing time for the two of us while eating a meal cooked on our gas grill. Our expanded garage is large enough for any vehicle to be parked or for extra storage. As we said: Versatile space from one end of the home to another.
