We have enjoyed our bright and open clean KIVA model home. It has a north facing back yard with an expanded covered back patio and the front courtyard faces south. The backyard is very private. Our master bedroom has an expanded bay window and a nice walk in closet. Our Laundry room is inside the home and this home comes with all of the appliances included. It also comes with some furniture and TVs at no additional cost to buyer. The carpet in the great room that you see in the pictures is an area rug with tile underneath. A wonderful walking trail is nearby. Both rec centers are nearby where we enjoy getting together with our friends. This home has been great for our needs over the years.
