I have been so happy in this house and have been pleased with the upgrades including the bump outs in both the kitchen and the master bedroom; also, the 2 x 6 construction which allowed for additional insulation in the walls resulting in lower utility bills. The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances with the stove, refrigerator and microwave all new in July, 2014. The house was re-painted in November, 2015. The open floor plan, spacious patio and private rear yard make a great place to host parties. The great room is large, open and bright. The master closet has a professionally installed organizer. The front closet has been converted to additional pantry and storage space. At the time the house was built there was a hot water loop installed which results in a savings on the water bill. There are storage units in the extended double garage. Because the house is located on a cul-de-sac it makes for a quiet neighborhood and much less traffic than in other areas and it is approximately one mile from the Adobe Fitness Center, pools and club rooms.
