We have loved living in our Palo Verde model home in the wonderful community of Sun City Grand and our friendly neighborhood. From the front entrance with its stone facing which sets it apart from other homes and the walled front patio and back patio both highlighted with paver bricks, it is easy to entertain on either or both patios. The back gives extra space with its louver-covered extension. Light and airy are perfect descriptors of our home with white wood-textured plantation shutters covering every window, the slider door to the back patio and even the kitchen side door leading to the front patio. Continuing that airy theme is the kitchen and bay-windowed nook outfitted with white cabinetry, Corian counters, and white appliances. Anchored by a full wall entertainment/media center, the great room serves as a relaxing space and dining area flows out to the back patio. The desired split design of our home finds the master bedroom with extended bay window sitting area and master bath with separate glassed shower, tub, water closet, and walk-in closet with built-in shelving, drawers, and cabinet along with double vanity and sinks. To house those extras is a built-in wall/TV unit in the master. On the other side of the home is an extended den, which is a reader's delight. Allowing for sewing or crafts with plenty of storage in another wall unit of cabinets and drawers surrounding decorative glassed shelves yet dual-purposed with a pull-down wall bed for guests is the bedroom in the front of the home.
