As snowbirds for 15 years, our home has been a special winter getaway. Our large private backyard with a view of the golf course, extended patio, and beautiful water feature has provided a wonderful retreat from the cold and snow of northern winters. Our large cul-de-sac lot helps add to the privacy that we enjoy. We, along with our family and friends, have especially enjoyed the golf courses and Sun City Grand amenities. Our daily living area is great for entertaining and the split bedroom design provides excellent privacy for our guests. We like this expanded Borgata model floor plan for the open space in the main living area. Even though we have a 2-car garage, it is extended more than most with two extra long bays and plenty of storage.
