We moved into the Ashton Ranch neighborhood in 2005. We were drawn to the quiet, clean neighborhood with its three community pools. Some of the wonderful outdoor features are the RV parking on the side and full covered patio in the back. In addition, the garden area has produced bountiful crops for us annually. Indoor features include the master suite which is spacious with a lovely large bathroom and roomy walk-in master closet. The home features solar hot water heater (owner owned). The rest of the house solar is leased. The radiant barrier in the attic created an immediate drop in internal temperature the day it was installed. This is a four bedroom home with new carpet (living room and bedrooms), hardwood, tile and laminate floors. Our kitchen is open to our large family room and we have a formal living room for quiet relaxation. There has been plenty of room for our family and quests.
