We bought a Palo Verde home which is the most popular model in Sun City Grand. We loved the fact that the guest bedrooms are separate from the master and the open floor plan makes it easy to entertain guests. We have updated our home throughout to make it inviting for our guests. Our home has all tile floors except the bedrooms, granite counter tops, update faucets and hardware, and so much more. Ask your agent for our upgrades list. We have a walled-in back yard that gives us a lot of privacy for our pool and yard area. It is wonderful to sit on the patio and read a book or to entertain guests. The area is very quiet with very little traffic and the neighbors are friendly. What we like most about our area is that we are close to grocery stores, medical offices and hospital and shopping. We have lived in Sun City Grand for almost 16 years and have enjoyed every minute. We have made so many friends and have maintained a wonderful social life. There is so much to do here that you can be as busy as you want or just take time to relax. This is the only Del Webb community that has four golf courses, which allows you to practice your golf on all levels. The common areas are beautifully maintained as are the recreation areas.
