SRP bill for the month of July was only $19 w/ T-stat set at 78 degrees! Why? OWNED Solar System; that conveys to new Owner with transferrable warranty installed only 2 years ago. Yup! 2 bedrooms have their own private baths with the 4th bedroom having a separate entrance that can be used for guests or a growing family. This home was given a complete shake down and it shows.
