Tenant occupied until January 31, 2003. Must schedule all showings through the listing office-Monday thru Friday 9-5 (even for week-end showings). Has not been updated, but as you can see, the price reflects that! Doesn't look bad. Please be patient in scheduling until tenant vacates. There are dogs in the unit and the tenant works during the day. The unit is close to the pool. The location is wonderful for access to everywhere.
