My wife and I have lived in Sun City West since April of 2001. We have taken full advantage of all the amenities this community has to offer. Since 2005, we have especially loved this model home (Laguna); one of only a few ever built. Our home is in a cordial neighborhood where neighbors ''keep a close eye'' when away. Most importantly, this is a well-constructed house developed by Del Webb. Neither ourselves, nor the previous two owners experienced any difficulties other than normal maintenance and upkeep. To my knowledge absolutely nothing has been needed with regards to the physical structure. What I am especially fond of is the ''quietness and serenity.'' There is no through traffic. Noise is minimized. It is a peaceful setting. The sunsets are a marvel to behold with a view of the golf course ether from the spacious patio, or the watchtower above. Inside, the walls and acoustics afford you rest and relaxation. It is difficult to hear noise in adjacent rooms. If you enjoy reading, there are ample built-in shelves both in the office/computer room and the Arizona room with the entertainment center. Outside is a large backyard for either a pool or putting clock. There is also room off the master bathroom for a free standing or an adjoining casita. This is a very special house which invites you to make it your home.
