So... the sellers have changed their minds and they are pretty sure they want to keep this one. The thing is, they just replaced the kitchen counters and sink, redid the cabinets, installed new stainless steel appliances, painted the interior, and it turned out even cuter than they thought it would... plus they really, really liked their neighbors and they kind of miss how friendly the atmosphere of the neighborhood was. And the schools were so walkably close... and that layout! Five bedrooms, with all the floors redone just last year, huge grassy yard, RV gate, garage cabinets, paver walkway in front, I mean... why would anyone WANT to walk away from a house like this? Nope. They should stay. Right? Or do you want to come take a look and see if you can talk them out of it?
