The feature that we love most about our home is how open it is with its large entry and formal dining and living room spaces. When you walk into the home you can see through the open Arizona room to the beautiful back yard and inviting pool. The living area of this home, with the large double pained windows and patio doors, allow an open view of the back yard. Our kitchen dining area easily accommodates a large dining table that seats our family and a group of guests. The kitchen has ample counters, extra storage space and is open to the dining areas where there is a lot of natural light. The spacious master bedroom has a walk-in closet, and a private 3/4 bath and can be entered via the Arizona room or the original hallway. The French style doors from the family room into the master bedroom allow a cozy feeling during cooler months. The two extra nice sized bedrooms share a full bath for guests. The laundry room is conveniently placed just off the kitchen. Our back yard has a sparkling pool and a big deck area that our grandchildren have really enjoyed. This home is located near grocery shopping and one of the many community rec centers. Handicap and wheelchair accessibility also provide assistance with a pool lift.
